SERDANG, AUGUST 30 — Major (Retired) Shera Ann Bosco, CEO of CARING MOMS was selected as one of the 25 entrepreneurs to be featured for the Women Entrepreneur (Un)Convention 2019 – “Women Thinking Big” showcase held on 29 and 30 August 2019 at Hall D, Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS).
The 2-day program was held by the Ministry of Entrepreneur Development with the support of SME Corp. Malaysia in conjunction with National Entrepreneur Week 2019.
As part of the program, the showcase exhibited an array of successful women entrepreneurs from various industries as an endeavor to inspire other women entrepreneurs to think big.
“It is good branding for CARING MOMS and me. More people want to know about CARING MOMS and what we do, and also about me. Branding awareness is vital and sets us apart from everyone else”, said Shera.
Putting branding—both personal and organizational—as the utmost important practice for an entrepreneur, Shera expressed that this was a habit she’s trying to inculcate in entrepreneurs through the CARING MOMS platform.
“Without a brand, it’s almost impossible to succeed in today’s world”, Shera added.
This recognition comes in-line with CARING MOMS’ goal to build more women public figures, and to grow exponentially, to create 50,000 entrepreneurs by 2021 with an average monthly income of USD500.
