How does CM ORDER ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE work?
- CM ORDER ONLINE PICK UP IN STORE helps buyers pick up items purchased from CM Registered Sellers.
What does the Seller receive for this service?
- A dedicated Sales Counselor to manage product stock
- The item displayed for pickup
- Customer service when buyer pickups
How is the payment done by the buyer?
- Buyer pays the seller online
- Seller gives a one-week timeline to pick up the item
- Buyer picks up the item during the Center Operation Hours.
What are the conditions to advertise my space?
- Must be a CM Registered Seller
- Item must have a shelf life of 3 months and above.
How can I renew my package?
You must inform and pay one week (7 days) before the date of expiry for the following month
If I don’t wish to renew, what should I do?
- Email to hello@caringmoms.my to inform that you wish to discontinue your renewal
- You will be informed on your last day for item pick up
- Pick up your item
