SK Joy began brewing in 2022. We aspire to deliver our hand-crafted kombucha made with fresh ingredients sourced from the local fruit market as well as herbs and flowers from our own garden. Our aim is to provide a source of probiotics using a natural and original way to boost one’s gut health and immune system.
We also believe in giving back to the mother earth. All our fruit peels are made into bio-enzymes for washing and cleaning. Other leftovers are made into compost as fertilizers. We also recycle our bottles and packaging wherever possible, with special care given to the cleaning process.
What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented tea made by combining sweetened tea with a culture of yeast and bacteria. During the fermentation, the yeast and bacteria in the culture consume the sugar in the tea and releases friendly probiotic bacteria.
