RETURN POLICY

We conduct Strict In-House Quality Checking of each products We have engaged a team of expert Quality Checker just to ensure no manufacture defect. Also, we give you maximum description of the product including size , Fabric etc.
In very rare case that your merchandise arrives damaged / manufacturing defect / Wrong product delivered, you should whatsapp us a camera clicked photos of the same product from all possible angles. Within 24 hours of receiving your order.We will check upon receiving the images.
Please do note that quality differs from design to design and between price ranges. Please do not compare. Ask all queries to your satisfaction before you proceed with the purchase.
Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to our return address in Penang.
Refunds/exchange will only be done in the following cases:
• Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please check with us on the size carefully before making your purchase.
• Genuine quality issues.(damage/defect/wrong product). Final decision will be made after the returned item has been throughly checked and where applicable we are not able to replace.
• Packages lost in transit
Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment in the original packing with tags/ label except if the package has been lost in transit.
