Hi, I am Lay Sian. I am a part time baker, decorator and maker for cakes, cookies and marshmallows. If you are looking for healthy version of celebration cakes, do look for me. My concept is “back to basics” and I am offering basic decorated chiffon cake only using the simplest ingredients, plus decoration that is made up of also chiffon cake! No sweet fondant and no fat laden buttercream and yet still presentable!
