Booth Registration for CARING MOMS Christmas Bazaar 2022.
Dates: 10th & 11th December 2022 (Sat & Sun) – 2 Days Event.
Time: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
Venue: Glo Damansara Mall
Booth pricing:
A. RM 400 per BOOTH (Non-sharing)
B. RM 550 per BOOTH (Sharing)
Table Size: Table size with the black cover (2.5′ x 6′ feet)
Important:.
- All vendors must have wastepaper basket beside their table
- All Participants and those seated at the booth are highly encouraged to wear the CM T-Shirt which can be obtained from the Secretariat at RM30 during the Registration Day
- It is mandatory for all registered bazaar vendors to be present for registration/setup on
10th Dec 2022, 8:00 am to 9:00 am - Usage of small trolley allowed and use the common lift bring up items.
- Tables cannot be moved or removed from the booth.
- There would be a fine of RM 250 for those who don’t show up for registration or leaving booth empty
- Food Handlers must have TAKEN THE FOOD HANDLING CERTIFICATION AND TYPHOID. (Sellers Must Display Certifications or else they will be removed from the bazaar)
- The event is bound by Personal Data Protection Act which may change from time to time. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure to have read and agreed to the terms before completing this form and participating in the event.
- No refund for the cancellation of booths.
- There would also be a penalty for not using the proper loading/unloading bay.
