I’ve tasted quite a number of ready-made sambal in the market, and I believe so do most of you. So what makes my sambal balado, different and special? Here are 5 of the reasons why:
1️⃣) I only use fresh ingredients to make the sambal. Bought the ingredients, cleaned it thoroughly and it is cooked within the same day for a minimum of 2 hours.
2️⃣) The sambal is not overly spicy. It is medium hot.
