My kimchi is homemade and fermented in an Onggi (옹기). The earthenware jar, Onggi, an ancient container traditionally used by the Korean people for storing and fermenting food. Why Onggi? I have discovered the flavor is distinctively smoother and easier to accept even for the first-timer trying kimchi. I strive only using natural ingredient and preach for the following:

• No Artificial Coloring
• No MSG

The kimchi is made-to-order and by small-batch; this is to ensure you will enjoy freshly made kimchi. The kimchi is best to consume within one month and can last up to 3 months (sourness will increase due to natural fermentation). Refrigerate upon delivery.
I had fulfilled and attended Food Safety and Handling certification by KKM (certificate no. LPM18538) including taken the typhoid injection.
