Making Healthy Meal for kids & family at home was my ultimate goal to produce Homemade Dehydrated Super Food Powders.. Year 2018 was the year of breakthrough as I started my homebased business producing Super Food Powders..Im really humbled & Thank You so much for all the testimonials, feedbacks & repeat purchases supporting my Homemade Dehydrated Super Food Powders these past years..
WHY Food Dehydration
Dehydrating a food ingredient is a method of drying at a low & controlled temperature using a Food Grade Dehydrator. Each raw food ingredients has its own dehydrating temperature to retain most of the nutrients level, color & flavor. 70C is the highest tempature setting to dehydrate any of the food ingredients at a food dehydrator.
Hence, this really convinced me to produce Dehydrated Super Food Powders to ease our daily cooking either for babies & kids or for the whole family & some of the powders are for the health consumption too.
Hereby i would like to share a little note on my Homemade Super Food Powder
✅I’m using Food Dehydrator to dry the raw ingredients and NOT Oven ( max temp. setting is 70 deg. cel. & min drying duration 8hrs)
✅ The Powders are NOT precooked hence must be added during the cooking process
✅ I have attended KKM Kursus Pengendalian Makanan & taken Typhoid Injection
✅My house is Pet Free & Pork Free

🥦 FOOD POWDER🥦
⭐⭐1. Ginger Powder – can be added in hot beverages like lemon ginger drinks,tea, can add a pinch of the powder in baby’s porridge, can be use to marinate meat, or just versatile it according to your preference.

⭐⭐2. Garlic Powder – can sprinkle in baby’s meal while cooking to give a nice aromatic meal, to be used as garlic butter bread spreads, add some in ur stir fried vegetables, to marinate chicken & can be added in soups to have tasty soup as though as you have added msg.

We can add a pinch of it (a size of mustard seed ) into LO’s meal to let them get the whole lots of benefits of Turmeric, to make turmeric milk ( Golden Milk ), for any type of cooking.
