SK Joy began brewing in 2022. We aspire to deliver our hand-crafted kombucha made with fresh ingredients sourced from the local fruit market as well as herbs and flowers from our own garden. Our aim is to provide a source of probiotics using a natural and original way.
What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a fermented tea made by combining sweetened tea with a culture of yeast and bacteria. During the fermentation, the yeast and bacteria in the culture consume the sugar in the tea and releases friendly probiotic bacteria.
