The specific soil conditions of the Bena Mellal region in Morocco, together with the mild winters and summers, caressed by hot winds makes ideal growing for the olives. In addition to its peppery / stinging flavour, the presence of “oleocantal”, (a natural phenolic compound renowned for its anti-inflammatory function) in GOLDEN FLOW marks fundamental health benefits. GOLDEN FLOW is made from the best “Picholine Marocaine” olives, extracted by traditional method to sustain the great quality oil. The olives are selected early in the season, handpicked and first cold pressed within 24 hours of picking. “Picholine Marocaine” is the most common variety of olives used to produce Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) in Morocco. It is well recognised for its longevity and high anti-oxidant properties.
